We currently ship across the UK

UK Standard Delivery

• Cost: £3.95 - + £1.00 per extra item

• Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

• Sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on parcel size

UK Express Delivery

• Cost: £6.95

• Delivery Time: 1–2 working days (order by 1pm Mon–Fri)

• Tracked service with delivery notifications

Packaging

All items are thoughtfully packaged using eco-friendly materials. Jewellery comes in a protective pouch or gift box, and linen garments are wrapped in tissue.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Tags and hygiene seals (if any) must be intact

• Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty)

How to Return

1. Email us at luxelinenatnumber10@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address.

3. Pack your items securely and use a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return

• Funds will be returned to the original payment method

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us to arrange a quick exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
